  1. 30 minutes before bed, take 1 or 2 Serenity softgels with water.
  2. When you’re getting into bed tonight, rub the Sleep roller onto your temples and on the bottoms of your feet. Also rub a bit on your pillow. As you lay down and take slow, deep breaths, you’ll feel a wonderful calm come over you. You should feel more relaxed, and you should sleep better
