Step 11. Sweet Dreams

broken image

Many of us have suffered from unpleasant dreams. For children or adults, nightmares can cause terror and screaming, yet often leaving no memory behind in the morning. What they do often leave behind, however, is daytime sleepiness, causing lack of focus, exhaustion, and irritability.

Here’s one way to help: Diffusing JUNIPER BERRY Essential Oil can evoke feelings of health, love, and peace, helping to support a healthy, uninterrupted night’s sleep. JUNIPER BERRY is also known to help encourage individuals to face their fear, especially those that have been avoided.

With the ability to cleanse and purify the air, the fresh aroma of JUNIPER BERRY Essential Oil can produce a calming, grounding effect.

Derived from the coniferous tree, JUNIPER BERRY Essential Oil has a rich history of traditional uses and benefits. JUNIPER BERRY acts as a natural cleansing and detoxifying agent, and supports healthy kidney and urinary tract function.* It also acts as a natural skin toner and reduces the appearance of skin blemishes. Its woody, spicy, yet fresh aroma has a calming, grounding effect. When diffused, JUNIPER BERRY helps cleanse and purify the air. JUNIPER BERRY is steam distilled from the berry of the plant, giving it a balsamic, clean, woody, spicy aroma.
