“I’m SO cold, I can’t seem to get warm!” Ever heard that from the family, or from yourself? There are excellent, simple ways to help warm yourself when you’re feeling chilled.

TURN UP THE LIQUID HEAT RECIPE

 • Add one drop of Cinnamon Bark or Ginger Essential Oil to your cup of tea, coffee, or cocoa.

WARMING OILS—COLD HANDS, COLD FEET, WARM HEART RECIPE

Dilute one to two drops of the Essential Oils below with one tbsp. carrier oil of choice, and massage into hands and feet for a warming effect.

Black Pepper

Lemongrass

Cinnamon Bark*

Peppermint

Clove*

Rosemary

Ginger

Thyme*

*Cinnamon Bark, Clove, and Thyme are HOT oils and should be used with care. These oils may require more carrier oil for dilution to prevent skin sensitivity.
