Step 18 - Soak and Relax

Because your body is working overtime trying to rid itself of the invaders making you feel out of sorts, you may be experiencing an all - over ache.  A hot, soothing soak may be just what you need to help your body relax and take a little break from its ongoing battle, while also helping to rid your system of toxins.

Epsom salts are rich in magnesium and helps push toxins from the body in a natural manner. Combined with the power of Essential Oils, they help you create the perfect detox bath!

SOOTHE THE ACHE DETOX BATH RECIPE

1 c. Epsom salts

4 tbsp. Baking Soda

2 tbsp. Fractionated Coconut Oil

2 drops Lemon Essential Oil

2 drops Marjoram Essential Oil

2 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil

While drawing a hot bath, add in the Epsom salts and baking soda, stirring to combine and dissolve them well. Add in the Fractionated Coconut Oil and Essential Oils, making sure to swirl them around in the water. Soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids both before and after a detox bath.

The above recipe is for an adult; to use for children, reduce ingredients by half.
